Brenda L. Starr, a tax consultant, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 2006. She specializes in corporate and individual income tax consulting and compliance.

After graduating from McDowell High School, Brenda earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
